These terms apply to your use of rivivoverde.com (the “website”), run by RivivoVerde, a project of Codecordia (“we”). By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About the website

The website introduces RivivoVerde, a platform for waste management and recycling for municipalities, businesses and individuals. The information on it is general and may change as the project develops; it is not an offer or a binding promise of any service.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful, personal and business information purposes. You agree not to:

use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
try to get unauthorised access to the website, its servers or the data behind it, or disturb its operation (for example with malicious code or excessive automated requests);
copy, scrape or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Content and the RivivoVerde name

The texts, images, video, logo and the name “RivivoVerde” on the website belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the pages and share links to them; any other use needs our written permission.

4. Donations

Donations through “Support Us” are voluntary gifts to support the project and are processed by Stripe under its own terms. A donation does not buy a product or service and is not refundable, except where the law requires or in case of an obvious mistake that you tell us about at info@rivivoverde.com.

5. Links to other websites

The website links to the Stripe donation page and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data; their own terms and policies apply.

6. No warranties

We take care that the website is accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”: we do not guarantee that the information is complete or up to date, or that the website will always be available or free of errors.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of the website or from relying on its information, or for the content of websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains which personal data we process and your rights.

9. Changes

We may change these terms when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be decided by the competent court in Skopje.
