This policy explains how RivivoVerde handles personal data when you visit rivivoverde.com, contact us or support us. We process personal data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

RivivoVerde is a project of Codecordia, Bul. Ilinden br. 43/5, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia, which is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@rivivoverde.com or +389 70 20 44 14.

2. What we collect and why

When you contact us. If you write or call, we use your name, e-mail address, phone number and message to answer you and follow up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying, or steps you ask for before an agreement.
When you support us. The “Support Us” button opens a donation page run by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see your card number. From Stripe we receive your name, e-mail address and the amount, to confirm and record your donation. The legal basis is the donation you make and our legal duties to keep accounting records.
Visiting the website. Our servers record technical data such as your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time, to keep the website running and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a safe, working website.
Anonymous statistics. We count where visitors click and how far they scroll on each page, to improve the pages. This uses no cookies and no identifiers and cannot tell who you are.
A website account. If you create an account on this website, we keep your name, e-mail address and password (stored encrypted) so you can sign in, until you delete the account.

3. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website stores a small technical cookie to remember the language you chose (English or Macedonian), and a sign-in cookie only if you sign in to an account. Both are needed for the site to work and hold nothing else about you. The Stripe donation page sets its own cookies under Stripe’s policy.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under an agreement:

Codecordia as the operator of the Corveco platform that hosts this website, with its data centres in the European Union.
Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland), which processes donations.
Google (Google Fonts), from whose servers your browser loads the fonts of this website; doing so sends your IP address to Google.

Where data goes to the United States (Google, and Stripe’s parent company), the transfer is protected by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the providers’ standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Messages and calls: as long as needed to answer and follow up, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Donations: as long as the accounting and tax laws require.
Website accounts: until you delete the account.
Server records: only as long as needed for security and operation, then deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use any of these rights, write to info@rivivoverde.com; we answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (www.privacy.mk).

7. Security

We protect personal data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access only for the people who need it, and providers that keep their systems secure.

8. Children

This website is not meant for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Terms of Use.
